OneTap is a desktop assistant for CS2 players, offering demo review, personal data and skin/gear statistics, pro player setup lookup, AI coaching and highlight video generation The Service is provided by Beijing Shunzhun Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") We may update, improve or discontinue features from time to time and will give reasonable notice before materially reducing the functionality of a plan you paid for

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service Users under 18 should use the Service and make purchases with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian We may suspend accounts that provide false information, breach these Terms, or risk the security of the Service

Outside China, Pro is sold as a one-time lifetime purchase (USD 39.9); in China it is sold as a monthly, quarterly or yearly subscription Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders — Paddle is the legal seller for your purchase, and Paddle provides all customer service inquiries relating to payments and handles returns Your payment details are provided directly to Paddle under its own terms and privacy policy; we never store your full card number Prices are listed on our pricing page and exclude taxes, which Paddle calculates and collects at checkout based on your location By purchasing, you also accept Paddle's Buyer Terms and refund policy

For subscription plans (China): by subscribing you authorize recurring charges for the period you selected until you cancel Before each renewal we will send a reminder at least 5 days before the charge, stating the amount and billing period You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in-product, via Paddle's subscription management link, or by emailing support — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period We will not pre-check auto-renewal consent, and we will not change renewal terms without notice We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes do not affect your current billing period or a lifetime license already purchased These disclosures are made consistent with consumer auto-renewal laws including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and US state automatic renewal laws (ROSCA)

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law or the rights of others; send spam or transmit harmful, fraudulent or misleading content; reverse engineer, probe or disrupt the Service; attack, scrape or overload third-party systems; or resell or redistribute the Service You are responsible for complying with CS2, Steam and platform rules, and you must not use the Service for anything that violates game rules (including cheating or tampering with game data) We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section

You retain all rights to the demos, clips, configs and other data you upload or create ("Your Content") You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate and improve the Service for you You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any third-party content you process (e.g. match demos involving other players)

The Service, including its software, design and documentation, is owned by OneTap and protected by intellectual property laws Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service according to the purchased plan; the lifetime plan is a perpetual license No other rights are granted Ownership and permitted use of generated content are as described within the product

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice and are not liable for outages caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including changes to third-party platform APIs

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel any subscription We may terminate or suspend access immediately for material breaches of these Terms Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions on payments, IP and liability survive A lifetime license remains valid until terminated for breach

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT In-game improvement varies by individual; AI analyses are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONETAP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD 100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection laws

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of OneTap is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you benefit from mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence (including the 14-day withdrawal right described in our refund policy) and may bring proceedings in your local courts If you are a California resident, you have the rights described in our privacy policy under the CCPA/CPRA

We may update these Terms from time to time For material changes we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email or through the Service; continued use constitutes acceptance Previous versions are available on request
